Sep 15th, 2008Getting backlinks to the pages of your site give it authority in the organic search results over time. One strategy to gain these backlinks is to comment on posts in related content blog sites that do not use the ‘nofollow’ tag.
I found lots of no-follow sites doing searches for related blogs in the search engines, and I also found several that don’t provide real backlinks - they use their own form of dynamic linking that isn’t counted as a backlink through creative use of scripts like javascript.
But before I jump into the details, let me say this… You are going to want to make sure that the blog site provide a real, do-follow link.
